A carrying arrangement in a package for small sheets comprises a carrier strip (2) attached with its ends to two opposite sides of the package so as to run, when attached, substantially along the face which lies between said sides. The carrier strip (2) is preferably a plastic-reinforced paper strip or may be an inelastic strip longer than the package and folded to lay along said face when not in use as a handle. IMAGE
