Refreshing wine-based beverage with low alcohol content, including 5% to 75% white, red or ros' wine 25% to 45% carbonated water 2% to 15% fruit juice 200 to 800 mg/litre fruit extract up to 300 mg/litre liquorice extract up to 450 mg/litre free sulphurous acid up to 100 mg/litre of metatartaric acid up to 200 mg/litre tartaric acid up to 1.2 g/litre citric acid and authorised stabilising, sweetening, antifermentation and antioxidant additives.The drink contains 5-75% white, rose or red wine, 25-45% carbonated water, 2-15% fruit juice, 200-800 mg/l fruit essence, up to 300 mg/l liquorice extract, up to 4.50 mg/l free SO2, up to 100 mg/l meta-tartaric acid, up to 200 mg/l tartaric acid, up to 1.2 g/l citric acid together with stabilisers, sweeteners, fermentation preventatives and antioxidants.
