Regulation of gene expression heterologous encoding a protein of interest in the bacillus "SUBTILIS" IS CONDUCTED BY THE INTRODUCTION INSIDE THE ORGANISM OF A plasmid vector containing GENE placed under the control of a strong promoter whose activity SE modulated by a variation in temperature by heat-sensitive repressor LAMBDA PHASE OF "E.COLI".
