Method to produce a cooking vessel with a decorative or technical enamel coating on its jacket

Method of producing a cooking vessel with a jacket and bottom of stainless steel as well as a plate of material with good heat conduction underneath the bottom. In a hammering press with male mould and female mould, the assembly is subjected to single or multiple impulse pressing at a temperature set according to the material of the plate. As a result, the plate is intermetallically bonded to the bottom. The jacket is provided, at least in certain regions, with a decorative and/or technical, for example identifying, enamel coating, which is applied to the jacket with the aid of an enamelling sheet as a support capable of enamelling and is burnt in as enamel. This support capable of enamelling is chosen such that the forming of the enamel takes place at the temperature set according to the material of the plate. This support capable of enamelling is applied to the cleaned jacket. The cooking vessel with its support capable of enamelling is heated to the temperature set according to the material of the plate. Thereafter, the assembly is subjected to the impulse pressing without intermediate cooling from the same heat with the already formed decorative technical enamel coating.
