Discloses methods for attaching semiconductor nanocrystals to inorganic solid surfaces using bifunctional organic monolayer self-assembled such as bridge compounds. Two different techniques are proposed. One relates to the formation of self-assembled monolayers on these surfaces. When exposed to the nanocrystals solutions, these compounds bind bridge crystals and fix them to the surface. The second fixed technical surfaces already coated nanocrystals bridge compounds. The analyzes indicate the presence of quantum confined groups on surfaces at the monolayer. These materials allow to achieve electron spectroscopy on groups condensed phase, and represent a first step of synthesizing an organized set of groups. It also describes the new products.
