we describe procedures for fixing semiconductor nanocrystals to solid surfaces using organic layers and inorganic self-assembled bifunctional compounds such as bridge. two different techniques are proposed. one relates to the formation of self-assembled monolayers on the surfaces.when they are exposed to solutions of nanocrystals, these compounds bind the crystals and the bridge attached to the surface. the second technique provides the surfaces of nanocrystals embedded in existing bridge compound. the analysis indicates the presence of embodied in quantum groups on surfaces in the monolayer.these materials allow electron groups, in the condensed phase, and represent a first step for synthesis of a set of organized groups. it also describes the new products.
