FIELD: test technique. SUBSTANCE: test facility for fuel-control gear of gas-turbine engines has calculator 1 of inverter thyristors control angle β, comparator 22, first voltage sensor 19 and second voltage sensor 20, first controlled switch 23 and second controlled switch 24, fuel flow transmitter, and electronic computer 26. Control inputs of switches 23 and 24 are connected to output of comparator 22 whose control input forms setting input for inverter thyristors control angle; input is connected with output of calculator 21 whose first input is connected to output of rectified current sensor 12 and second input, to output of first voltage sensor 19 connected to output of controlled rectifier 7; third input is connected to output of second voltage sensor 20 connected to two phase leads of synchronous machine 2; fourth input is connected to output of tachogenerator 4. This enables check-up of actual control angle b, its comparison with desired value depending on commutation stability of inverter, and generation of command for reducing rectified current and increasing field current simultaneously when desired and actual values of b are equal. In the process actual value of b reduced and goes beyond values at which commutation failure of inverter may occur at rates specified by mathematical model of speed increment motor. EFFECT: prevented emergency turn-off of test facility and improved reliability. 2 dwg
