FIELD: medicine, particularly, medico-biological studies. SUBSTANCE: preparations for integral correction of metabolic acidosis and alkalosis are not described in literature. Object of invention is use of preparation "Namacyte" (carbostimulin) for integral correction of metabolic acidosis and alkalosis. This object is accomplished owing to capability of above said preparation to normalize acidic-alkaline status and metabolic processes occurring in tissues. EFFECT: normalization of acidic-alkaline status and metabolic processes. 4 tbl
