SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilization of stomach by its greater and lesser curvature, ligation of right gastric and gastro-omentum arteries above pylorus following by skeletonization of arteries and removal of gastro-omentum, subpyloric and suprapyloric lymphatic ganglions. Distal resection line is made over pyloric constrictor, suprapyloric gastro-gastric anastomosis is formed, and then anterior and posterior walls of stomach are sewn in to abdominal part of esophagus with coupling forming. Method ensures to decrease a number and expression of postgastroresectional complications at the surgery method of stomach cancer treatment. EFFECT: improved method of resection.
