The cabinet is closed by rotating the outer hollow cylinder (3) with two open sections (9c,9b) against the stationary inner hollow cylinder (2), also with two open sections (4a,4b), until solid sections of the inner cylinder become visible. These solid sections can be painted or labelled so that they are especially indicated or illustrated. The opening windows of both cylinders cover an angel from 120 to 180 deg. One window of the inner cylinder can be offset w.r.t. one of the outer cylinder. The rotation of the outer cylinder can be manual by a gripping strip or electrical by an electromotor which can be controlled by sensors.
