A low-loading railway wagon has at least two bogies, a low-loading platform on which rests a movable platform carrying road vehicles. The novelty is that the loading platform (7) can be moved sideways with respect to the railway wagon (15) and onto the adjacent goods yarn loading platform (9). The loading platform (7) is equipped with rollers (6) which rest on the railway wagon load-bearing surface (7) after loading, and rest on the goods yard platform (9) during loading and unloading. USE/ADVANTAGE - The low-loader wagon transports road vehicles such as trucks. The arrangement facilitates max. use of the available loading space. The wagon can be quickly loaded and unloaded.
