The device comprises a container 1 and a dispensing head 2, manufactured separately, provided with means of closure 7 and fixed on the container 1 by fixing means 28 cooperating with means 29 integral with the container. The head 2 comprises a central channel 14 open at both ends, closed by a lateral wall, opening into an outlet duct 16 of the head, and whose axis is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container 1. The lateral wall of this central channel comprises at least one auxiliary channel 19a to 19d open at both ends, one of the ends opening into a zone surrounding the central channel. The dispensing head is constituted by a detachable cap 2 whose means of fixing 28 and those 29 of the container 1 are arranged to allow the detachability of the said cap.
