A roulette of chance is described of the type composed of a circular basis on which a rotor had been mounted, the rotor having compartments oriented tangentially to the radii with corresponding numbers engraved on the edge. The mentioned rotor is characterized by a horizontal rotating disc coupled to its central shaft. The rotating disc has fins around the edge overhanging the compartments.
