This invention is an incinerating furnace utilizing mineral particles as a hearth bed. Hearth particles are supplied and automatically flow down by the gravity into the combustion chamber and onto the movable plane member (2), a rotary table for example disposed at the bottom of the furnace. A mixture of used hearth particles and the combustion remainder (b) is removed from the outlet (1) of the furnace as the movable plane member (2) moves and is introduced into a receiving tank (5). A supplement hearth particles (a) are supplied from the hopper into the combustion chamber forming an oblique hearth bed where the incineration takes place.
