The loading register is the first path scanned; in response to the clock signal, it stores the control data in the control memory. In the first mode, the loading register may give the control data in the form of control data output by shifting. The group of registers operates like a second scanned path and receives the test data so as to send them in the form of test data output by shifting. c) The invention proposes a data processing system capable of storing the control data with enhanced speed.
