The device includes a pair of rotors (11,12) turning inside a casing (13) and fixed to coaxial interior (10) and exterior (9) shafts. The output shafts and rotors are controlled in their rotation in the variable volume casing chambers. The controlling device comprises two arms (1,2) fixed to respective rotation axles (4,5) which are joined by a connecting rod (3) pivoted on pivoting axles (6,7) carried by the arms. Gearing (8) carried by the arm rotation axles and the shafts engage to rotate the shafts in the same direction. Each arm (1,2) has at its ends indentations able to engage with indentations in the other arm when the two arms are mutually aligned. The gearing transmits to the rotating axles (4,5) twice the speed of the main shafts (9,10). USE - Improved mechanical system for forming a motor, pump or compressor.
