The device has two rectangular extended flat bars (2) each articulated on longitudinal sides of two consecutive trays (1) and disposed parallel to each other. The bars are constituted of a rectangular plate (3) carrying two pairs of arms (4a, 4b). Each arm is joined at the level of an axle (5) permitting the rotation of the arms. Pushbuttons (6) are disposed at the intersection of each arm near the axle and sliding in a groove (7) during the movement of the arms.
