The machine contains a base (1) provided with a housing (2) for receiving the product which is to be cut and a pusher plate (6) fitted to hinged arm (7) used to maintain the product to be cut inside the housing. The bottom of the housing contains two sets of cutting blades (8,9) that are parallel to each other and are fitted to different sets of frames (10,11) which alternately slide in a contrary reciprocating sense along guide rails (12). Use/Advantage - For the cutting of food products whatever their structure or consistency.
