The method of preparing a fortifying jelly according to the invention comprises making a stock from beef hoofs, cooking quinoa seeds in this stock, grinding the solids and reducing the liquid obtained until it reaches the consistency of a jelly. The fortifying jelly thus obtained can be used, in addition to its general indication, as a tonic in the treatment of certain disorders such as minor nutritional deficiency.
