Monoblock type, flexibly, substantially be used to allow the biocompatible materials of a permanent not crushable catheter tube to include hard and soft region. Hardened area can be annular or spiral shape. Hardened area provides enough rigidity to prevent collapsible tube from changing under normal usage as external pressure. The soft region provides enough flexibilities, to allow profile to place pipe. Hardened area can be exposed to radiation by polymer pipe. Hardened area can also be by being periodically added into harder material to the pipe.
