PURPOSE:To permit the check of a present time with an operation schedule by providing the title board with an operation schedule indicating unit and a time indicating unit indicating the present time using an analog indication. CONSTITUTION:A liquid quartz display panel P is arranged on the front surface of a main body while a train number indicating unit 3 is provided at the head of the panel P. A time indicating unit 4, provided below the train number indicating unit 3, consists of a hour unit indicating unit 41, indicating in hour unit, and a minute unit indicating unit 42, indicating in minute unit, while the minute indicating unit 42 is constituted so as to be capable of indicating by an analog amount through a segment divided into 60 segments for respective hour unit. An operation schedule data 51, in which arrival times and the name of arrival stations are written in series, are indicated in an operation schedule indicating unit 5. Respective operation schedule data 51 are indicated in places near the time indicating unit 4 at places opposing to the times.
