The second juice 1E comprising salt, gelatin and the juice having a higher concentration than that of the first juice coated on the food is received in the intermediate bag, sealed and cooled below a just freezing temperature. The packed food is placed in an outer bag similar to the intermediate bag, and a prescribed volume of water is injected into the bag. The packed food is sealed with the outer bag and subjected to the objective freezing treatment.
