STEEL PIPE PILE PROTECTION HUME PIPE INSTALLATION METHOD AND STEEL PIPE PILE PROTECTION HUME PIPE INSTALLATION DEVICE USING THIS METHOD

PURPOSE: To execute the whole work from a part over water to enhance execution capability and safety by fixing a hume pipe to a steel pipe pile with a metal hanger, and preventing leakage of cement mortar by the hume pipe, a bottom metal, and a leakage preventing tube. ;CONSTITUTION: For executing a steel pipe pile protection hume pipe installation device, a leakage preventing tube 4 is fit to the lower end of a reinforcing link 6 of a steel pipe pile 2 which is previously driven in a specified position. A hume pipe 1 is fit to the outside of the steel pipe pile 2, and the hume pipe 1 is fixed to a specified position of the head of the steel pipe pile 2 by a metal hanger 7 installed at the upper end of the hume pipe 1. The leakage preventing tube 4 is moved until it sticks to a bottom metal 5 at the lower end of the hume pipe 1, and cement mortar 3 is pressure-poured into a space formed between the hume pipe 1 and the steel pipe pile 2 through a pouring nozzle 11. After the cement mortar 3 is solidified, the metal hanger 7 is dismantled, then the upper part of the steel pipe 2 is covered with concrete 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
