PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of oscillation of a lens during the seek by combining a first moving body to house an objective lens and have an opening in the vicinity of a gravity center and a second moving body in the opening part supported to an elastic supporting member and supported with shafts freely turnably with an elastic supporting member of the gravity center. CONSTITUTION:At an opening 4 of the vicinity of a first moving body 2 to house an objective lens, a second moving body 5 supported with a rotating shaft 7 and supported with a second elastic supporting member 8 to be elastic in the turning direction is provided. The moving body 2 is coupled to a moving body 5 through a first elastic supporting member 3 to be elastic in the vertically moving direction in the vicinity of the gravity center point, and the focusing and tracking are controlled of a lens 1 through a focus coil 9 and a tracking coil 10. By the supporting in the vicinity of the gravity center part of the moving body 2, the oscillation generation of the lens 1 in a single body with the moving body 2 is prevented at the time of the seek action, the seek action time is shortened and immediately after the seek, the focusing and tracking control can be executed.
