PURPOSE: To make efficient mass production of granules having a uniform shape and size and high quality by producing the dome-shaped die having dies holes of nearly the same shape and size by subjecting a circular plate of a small thickness to a chemical etching method and press drawing. ;CONSTITUTION: The circular plate 1 of the small thickness is segmented to a small circle in the central part and an annular part on the outer side thereof.
