METHOD OF MEASURING SUBSTANCE CONTAINED IN LIQUID SPECIMEN AND MEASURING APPARATUS AND MEASURING PART UNIT THEREOF

PURPOSE: To measure simultaneously a number of substances in a living body beyond what are through possible to be measured by means of chromatography and measure even a substance with a short half life in a living body before the half life in measuring substance in a living body. ;CONSTITUTION: A sending and supply means 1, an intaking unit 2, a measuring part unit 3, and a chromatography 4 are installed. The intaking part unit 2 is provided with an inlet tube 21 and an outlet tube 22, both of which are connected by a U-shaped permeation tube 23. The inlet tube 21 and a syringe pump 10 are connected by a sending and supply tube 11. The outlet tube 22 and the chromatography 4 are connected by a sending and supply tube 12. The sending and supply tube 12 is provided with the measuring part unit 3. Two bores for inserting electrode are formed on the unit base of the measuring part unit 3. An anode side electrode 36 is inserted in one bore, and a cathode side electrode 37 capable of intaking substantial particles through a permeation membrane is inserted in the other bore.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
