PURPOSE: To smoothly trim a periphery without the generation of chips and without being accompanied by a bad influence on a frame or an aperture grill. ;CONSTITUTION: One end in the lateral direction of the periphery 5 of the flat aperture grill 1 of a frame 6 is held by the chuck part 25 of a periphery separating mechanism, and pulled up obliquely.
