PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the spreading characteristic of a flat aperture grille spreading device and to easily adjust and measure the flat aperture grille spreading device. ;SOLUTION: A flat aperture grille spreading device comprises a pair of center pulling units 2a, 2b for positioning a flat aperture grille 1, by inserting pins into positioning holes provided previously at approximately the centers of the long sides of the flat aperture grille 1 and by pulling the pins outward toward the inside of the plane of the flat aperture grille 1 by means of an air cylinder, four corner-clamping pulling units 3a, 3b for clamping the four corners of the flat aperture grille 1 and pulling the flat aperture grille 1 in approximately the same direction as the center pulling units 2a, 2b, and a plurality of long-side clamping pulling units 4a, 4b for clamping plural portions of the long sides of the flat aperture grille 1 and pulling the flat aperture grille 1 in approximately the same direction as the center pulling units 2a, 2b by means of the air cylinder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
