MANUFACTURE AND ITS MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF RELIEF-LIKE CHINA PLATE

PURPOSE: To automatically and extremely efficiently produce a piece of high- quality relief-like china plate which possesses reproducibility while leaving behind handmade merit, by a method wherein kaolin block is formed by cutting in a thickness direction and then the block is separated from each other at a cut part by a cutter. ;CONSTITUTION: Columunar kaolin material 2 is formed by extruding the kaolin continuously, a cutter 51 is pushed against a longitudinal direction of the sending away columunar kaolin material 2, movements each of a reciprocation turning 2a, reciprocation movement 2b, reciprocation rocking 2c and up-and-down movement 2d are imparted simply or synthetically to the cutter 51 and the columunar kaolin material is cut continuously in its longitudinal direction. Then the same is cut in its thickness direction, a kaolin block 21 is formed, then the kaolin block is separated from each other at a cut part by the cutter 51 and a relief- like china plate is made.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
