PURPOSE:To confirm characters forming a person's name by referring to a Chinese/Taiwanese/Korean language conversion dictionary connected to a front- end processor, using the reading of KANJIs (Chinese characters) or the like used for a person's name as a key, extracting notation coincident with the reading, and displaying the extracted contents on a display screen as a table. CONSTITUTION:The font-end processor 14 to be a Chinese/Taiwanese/Korean person's name conversion system is added to an operation processing processor 13. The processor 14 is provided with a standard Japanese conversion dictionary 15 storing a table describing notation and reading annexed to the notation, a Chinese/Taianese/Korean language conversion dictionary 16 and a font file 18 including Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean sections to convert the form of a character converted by those dictionaries 15, 16 into a font pattern. Since a certain character can be converted into a font of an objective foreign language form, the utility value of this system is high in a goverment office requiring the registration and management of foreigner's information, a goverment office treating taxes and an enterprise or the like dealing with foreiners.
