PURPOSE: To provide a card which has a symmetrical structure, prevents distortion, furthermore, acquires excellent adhesion and has a stable structure by adhering a surface layer to an intermediate layer via an adhesion layer whose softening point is lower than ones of the surface, and intermediate layers. CONSTITUTION: Surface layers 1 and 2 and an intermediate part 3 which are composed of polycarbonate(PC) have an, intermediate layer 4, which is similarly composed of PC, and are unitedly extruded together with two adhesion layers 5 and 6. Theme adhesion layers 5 and 6 are composed of transformed polyester and the softening point of this material is about 15 to 20 deg. lower than one of the PC. The intermediate layer 4 consists of a 1st film section 7 which has an opening, a 2nd thin section 8 which fits in well with the opening, a 1st thin section and a coil apace 9 which is formed between the 2nd thin sections 8. Further, the 2nd thin section 8 has an opening 10 which stores an electronic circuit 11. Furthermore, a coil structure 12 which is connected to the electronic circuit 11 is structurally stored in the coil space 9 which has some room in consideration of expansion owing to temperature change.
