PURPOSE: To perform the identification of a very small amount of a substance with high sensitivity by a non-destructive measuring method, to also perform the identification or quantitative analysis of a highly condensible gaseous substance and to form a calibration curve for quantitative analysis even with respect to a highly condensible gaseous phase substance with high reliability and reproducibility. ;CONSTITUTION: In a calibration curve forming cell 20, a lamp cell 24 having the same shape as the lamp cell of a lamp being a sample to be measured is connected to one end of a container 22 in a communication state by welding and a dry nitrogen purging connection port 26 is provided to the position opposed to the lamp cell 24. Further, an injection port 28 for injecting a substance to be quantified by a microsyringe is arranged to the container 22 and a silicone rubber plug 30 is attached to the injection port 28. The calibration curve forming cell 20 is fixed within the sample chamber 10b of an FTIR 10 so that the lamp cell 24 of the calibration curve forming cell 20 is set to the focal position of the infrared rays of the FTIR 10 to perform measurement for forming a calibration curve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
