CR-CONTAINING STEEL EXCELLENT IN HIGH TEMPERATURE SALT DAMAGE RESISTANCE, TOUGHNESS AND HIGH TEMPERATURE STRENGTH

摘要

PURPOSE: To develop a Cr-contg. steel excellent in high temp. salt damage resistance, toughness and high temp. strength by incorporating a low carbon steel contg. specified amounts of Cr, Si or the like with Nb and Ta or Ti and Zr by specified ratios to the contents of C, N or the like in the steel. ;CONSTITUTION: This steel has a compsn. contg., by weight, 0.01% C, 2.0% Mn, 0.6 to 5.0% Si, 2.0 to 10.0% Cr, 0.1% Al, 0.01% N and 2.0% Ni, furthermore contg. one or two kinds of Nb and Ta by the amt. of 0.01 to 1.0% in the quantative relatioship in which Nb%/93+Ta%/181≥C%/12+N%/14 is satisfied between C and N, or moreover contg. 0.05 to 1.0% V instead of Nb and Ta and 0.01 to l.0% of one or two kinds of Ti and Zr in the quantative relationship in which Ti%/48+Zr%/91≥C%/12+N%/14 is satisfied between C and N and also added and incorporated with specified small amounts of one or two kinds among Ca and rare earth mtals or one or two kinds of Mo and Cu according to necessary.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
