PURPOSE: To enhance the safety by controlling an output of the microwave by detecting a dangerous temperature area by a burn preventive temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the part being different from a heating center position, and executing control so as to break away from the dangerous temperature area to suspend the radiation of a microwave in the case other temperature than that of a target part rises. ;CONSTITUTION: A microwave is radiated from a microwave oscillating part 12, received by an antenna part 2 and heating is started, and when a temperature of a heating part detected by a heating control temperature sensor 3 reaches a target temperature, an output of a microwave output control part 11 becomes OFF, the radiation is stopped and the temperature of the heating part falls. On the other hand, when the temperature of the heating part becomes lower than the target temperature, the output of the microwave output control part 11 becomes ON and it is heated. While the temperature control of the heating part is being executed, a temperature of a burn preventive temperature sensor 4 and a second dangerous temperature are compared by a comparing part 13, and when the temperature becomes above a second dangerous temperature, an output of the comparing part 13 becomes an L level and the output of the microwave output control part 11 is turned off.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
