In this regard, in the chart medical examination contents statement, that which has treatment points, and that which has no treatment marks are printed, therefore, it is unnecessary that a doctor enters them by handwriting. Also, since each screen is switched on a screen of a display, the medical examination management can be executed quickly. Moreover, the screen can be corrected without executing a work of printing-out, etc., and even in the case a correction is executed by an improvement or a request of a hospital, the correction can be executed simply and beautifully.
