CENTER POSITIONING JIG FOR ERECTING PERMANENT SUBSTRUCTURAL COLUMN

PURPOSE:To make it possible to separate a base frame and a permanent substructural column guide frame in up and down to provide great convenience efficiency for conveyance or maintenance and to make it convenient to install a permanent substructural column in a marking position in a center positioning jig for erecting the permanent substructual column used for work installing the permanent substructural column in the central part of a permanent column in advance. CONSTITUTION:A center positioning jig for erecting a structural center column is constituted of a base frame 3 installed with a level jack 1 as a bearing leg and a permanent substructural column guide frame 4 mounted on the base frame. A frame fixed jack 6 is installed inward at the lower end of the base frame 3, and a positioning jack 7 pushing the permanent substructural column guide frame 4 on the base frame 3 is installed inward at the upper part thereof. The permanent substructural column guide frame 4 is fixed to the base frame 3 with bolts 13, etc., after centering adjustment is made by the positioning jack 7. Guide jacks 9 guiding erection of a permanent substructural column steel frame 8 are installed inward in the permanent substructural column guide frame 4, and guide rollers 10 are mounted to driving shafts thereof.
