PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for: manufacturing a permanent sub-substructural column made of reinforced concrete construction for securing safety; shortening a construction period; reducing construction costs; and for improving workability.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a permanent sub-substructural column 10 includes: a step S2 of setting a lowermost column piece 20A in a hole section 31; steps S3 to S6 of repeating procedures of extending a PC steel bar 21, laminating a column piece 20 on the column piece 20, and inserting the extended PC steel bar 21 into a sheath pipe 23 of the laminated column pieces 20 to laminate and arrange all the residual column pieces 20 in a vertical direction; a step S7 of introducing a tensile force to the PC steel bar 21; a step S8 of press-fitting grout materials in the junction of the column pieces 20 and the sheath pipe 23 to finish a column section 11; a step S9 of setting a bearing power transmission part 12 in a hole section 41 in an erected state; and a step S10 of suspending the finished column section 11, and connecting the bearing power transmission part 12 to the bottom of the column section 11 to finish the permanent sub-substructural column.
