PURPOSE: To provide a technique in the coating method capable of rapidly applying the pattern of traditional industrial arts 'TSUGARU' coating at a low cost not only as the existing traditional industrial arts but also as the outside wall surfaces, interior wall surfaces, floors an floor pillars of buildings and interior ornaments for lobbies of public buildings, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: In this method, a chemical synthetic coating material is used in place of lacquer which is the base for 'TSUGARU' coating.
