METHOD OF JOINTING OF SUCCESSIVE POUR OF CONCRETE BODY AND JOINTING UNIT OF SUCCESSIVE POUR

PURPOSE: To improve the operating efficiency of the jointing of successive pours of the beam of an upper floor and the wall of a lower floor particularly by a method of reverse driving construction. ;CONSTITUTION: The jointing unit of successive pours 5 formed by unifying a parting lath 51 with an irregular section 51a forming a cotter and a reinforcing bar as a spiral rib 50 is installed into the opening section 4 of beam forms 3, and the jointing section 6 of successive pours 6, in which the lower section of the spiral rib 50 is projected slightly to a lower section from the opening section 4, is formed. The concrete 7 of a preceding body 1 is placed, and the beam forms 3 are removed and the ground 8 is excavated after the strength of concrete 7 is displayed. The reinforcement 20 of a wall section as a succeeding body 2 is arranged under the jointing section of successive pours 6, and concrete 22 is placed and the jointing of successive pours is conducted to the concrete 7 of the preceding body 1. No joint bar is required and troublesome operation such as the boring operation of forms is removed, and the method of the jointing of successive pours of a concrete body largely contributes to improvement in the workability of the jointing of successive pours of concrete.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
