MONITORING AND WARNING DEVICE OF VACUUM SEWERAGE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To easily discover an abnormal part by storing sewage in a house- inlet, sucking the sewage from a suction pipe to be collected in a vacuum pump place through a vacuum sewer pipe, and providing a pressure detector and an alarm generating device. ;CONSTITUTION: Sewage discharged from each building is stored in a house-inlet 2 through a natural flow pipe 1, and the water level of sewage is detected by a water level detector 6 to open and close a vacuum valve 4. When the vacuum valve 4 is opened, sewage is sucked by a suction pipe 3, and a pressure detector 7 is installed in the vicinity of the vacuum valve 4 to always detect pressure. Subsequently, the abnormal condition and a malfunction generating part are determined from a pressure variation pattern detected by the pressure detector 7, and an alarm is generated by an alarm generating device 10 installed on the upper part of an intake pipe 9 for supplying air to the house-inlet 2. Accordingly, abnormality in lowering of degree of vacuum caused by vacuum leakage can be detected simply.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
