DISSOLVER FOR URINARY CALCULUS PREVENTIVE FOR EXPERIMENTAL ANIMAL AND USAGE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of urinary calculus on the trough surface of a wash type experimental animal breeding frame by a method in which a chemical agent outflow hole is formed in the bottom or the lower side of a main body, a dissolving water inflow port is installed to the main body, and a chemical agent is dissolved dose by dose with wash water. ;CONSTITUTION: A dissolver A which holds a chemical agent is installed on the top of the trough of a wash type experimental animal breeding frame, and a part of wash water is added into the dissolver A to dissolve the chemical agent 7. The wash water, which dissolved the chemical agent, is discharged in the trough to prevent the generation of urinary calculus deposited on the trough. A chemical agent inflow hole 2 is installed in the bottom or the lower side of the dissolver A main body. From the hole 2, the chemical agent spreads on the surface of the trough and flows in it. In order to introduce a part of the wash water into the dissolver A main body as dissolving water, a dissolving water inflow port 3 is installed on the lower side of the dissolver A, and high concentration liquid left in the lower part of the dissolver A is diluted uniformly with the dissolving water from the inflow port 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
