PURPOSE: To obtain a welding material for weld beads which are imparted with the high-temp. strength, high-temp. corrosion resistance and weld crack resistance equiv. to those of a base metal, hardly generate weld defects and are small in fluctuation in width by compounding and adding specific amt. of Ni and Cu corresponding to the content of Cr and the content of Si in a ferritic steel having a specific compsn. ;CONSTITUTION: The ferritic steel welding material which contains, by weight, 0.03 to 0.15% C, 0.01 to 0.8% Si, 0.5 to 2% Mn, ≤0.02% P, 0.001 to 0.008% S, 10 to 13% Cr, 0.1 to 1.5% Ni, 0.01 to 0.3% Mo, 1 to 2.5% W, 0.02 to 0.2% Nb, 0.05 to 0.3% V, ≤3% Cu, 0.04 to 0.05% Al, 0.002 to 0.07% N and ≤0.01% O, further, contains 0.001 to 0.01% at least ≥1 kinds of Y, Ce and La, satisfies Cr+4Si-8.5≤4Ni+Cu and consists of the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is used at the time of welding the high-Cr ferritic steel, by which the high-temp. weld crack resistance is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
