PILE HEAD TREATMENT METHOD OF CAST-IN-PLACE PILE AND ARRANGEMENT JIG OF STATIC EXPANSION CHEMICAL CRUSHING AGENT

PURPOSE: To facilitate pile head treatment by placing a second crushing agent between a first static expansion chemical crushing agent placed circularly to a crushing planning line of apile head. ;CONSTITUTION: A first static expansion chemical crushing agent 15 having normal expansion revealing time is mounted along the lower surface of a double ring 12 of an arrangement jig 10, a second static expansion chemical crushing agent 16 having expansion revealing time longer than normal one is loaded to a position along a vertical bar 14 and four vertical bars 14', and a second expansion crushing agent 15' surrounded by the bars 14' on the upper surface of a ring 12' is horizontally mounted. After that, ready-mixed concrete is placed in a pile hole H, a square pipe 25 interlocking a hook of a depressed jig 20 with a horizontal bar 12' of the jig 10 is connected to a hydraulic ram, and the jig 10 is pushed down until a bottom frame body 11 reaches a planned crushing level. Then, the head of solidified concrete C is cut horizontally by the crushing agent, and the head crushed in a segment-shape by the crushing agent 16 is further crushed by the crushing agent 15' in the middle part of the height in the horizontal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
