PURPOSE:To facilitate a crushing work for a cast-in-place concrete pile by storing a static crushing agent in a permeable cartridge, and connecting a settling weight and a settlement regulating member to the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:A pile head crusher comprises a permeable cartridge 1, a granular static crushing agent 2 and a float 4 or a regulating string 5 as a settlement regulating member. Lime group material or an expanding agent is adopted as the crushing agent 2. After placing concrete, the crusher is thrown in before hardening the concrete, and is settled in the unhardened concrete layer by a weight 3. At this time, the depth of settlement is regulated by the float 4 or the regulating string 5. Thus, in order to crush an extra-banking concrete layer, just the pile head crusher is thrown in to crush only the extra-banking concrete layer, so that bad influence on a foundation bed layer can be prevented.
