FERTILIZER CONVEYER IN RICE SEEDLING TRANSPLANTER EQUIPPED WITH FERTILIZER APPLICATOR

PURPOSE: To prevent the parts and materials in the transplanter from being rusted on air exhaustion due to a case when an air exhaustion outlet is constituted to blow compressed air for feeding fertilizers through a hose for conveying fertilizers, wherein the air exhaustion outlet is provided for preventing the hose from clogging by fertilizers under conveying thereof. ;CONSTITUTION: In a rice seedling transplanter which is equipped with a granular fertilizer applicator so that the fertilizer may be applied to the sail of a paddy field simultaneously with transplantation, an exhaustion outlet 38 having a lid 40 openable is set on the way of the hose 34 for conveying fertilizer so that the air in the hose is exhausted therefrom, where the outlet 38 is formed on the top of the exhaustion duct 39 directing upward and having a prescribed height and the lid 40 covering the outlet 38 is set so that a gap (t) enough to pass through granular fertilizers is formed between the top of the duct 39 and the outer periphery of the exhaustion duct 39 whereby the exhausted air is blown out downward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
