FITTING JIG AND DISMANTLING METHOD THEREFOR FOR LONG RAIL OF OVERHEAD TRAVELING CRANE USED IN CONSTRUCTION WORK OF ULTRA-MULTISTORIED BUILDING, ETC.

PURPOSE: To provide a jig and its dismantling method, that ensure safe and efficient dismantling work after completion of constitution work, with regard to a fitting jig for the rail of an overhead traveling crane used in construction work of an ultra- multistoried building and to the dismantling work therefor. ;CONSTITUTION: Each fitting jig 2, with which a long rail 1 is hung and supported in the longitudinal direction in its freely movable manner on the lower surface of a steel structure part 4 on the uppermost story of an ultra-multistoried building and on the lower surfaces of overhung parts 3 attached to both (right and left) end parts of this steel structure part 4, is fitted in advance at a prescribed pitch. Via this each fitting jig 2, the long rail 1 is hung and supported and then fixed. When the rial 1 is to be dismantled, fixation of the long rial 1 to each fitting jig 2 is released. While in the state of released fixation, the middle part of the long rail 1 is cut and separated into parts having a suitable length. Then, the parts thus separated are lowered down to the floor directly below. The remaining long rail is moved to the central part side. Similarly, the movement, separation by cutting, and lowering-down-to-the-floor- work are repeated alternately to complete the dismantling work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
