PURPOSE: To construct a skiing ground, ice skating rink, or bicycle racing course which can be easily used independently of the seasons, under the ground close to a city. ;CONSTITUTION: A tunnel ski course 1 having a slope of 15° in average is formed on a mountain close to a city, and hotels are constructed at both the ends, and the management department for the skiing ground is set, and used for the lodging and rest of users, and a protecting net 4 is laid in the intermediate part between the upper and lower parts of the tunnel ski course 1, and the lower side is used as a skiing part 5. A lift 6 is installed on the upper side, and persons and instruments are transported between the hotels at both the ends, and an artificial snow spraying device 7 is installed on the undersurface of the protecting net 4, and a piled snow layer 9 is formed on a tunnel floor 8, and a skiing ground is constructed. Similarly, on the underground, an elliptical tunnel permitting the communication in the longer axis and shorter axis directions is constructed, and an artificial ice forming device is installed, and an underground ice skating rink is constructed, and a bicycle racing course having an inclined part on the elliptical outer peripheral side is constructed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
