PURPOSE:To effectively protect already registered information of a health care card. CONSTITUTION:A processing part 11 displays medical history and medicine history information, which is read from a health care card 17 by a reader/writer 15, on a touch panel display device 12. Then, contents of displayed medical history and medicine history information can be corrected. When the examination history of each examination item or the operation history of an operation item will be changed with respect to examination related information or operation related information out of this displayed information, the processing part 11 prevents the examination item having the history of examination completion or the operation item having the history of operation completion from being changed to the history of no examination or the history of no operation.
