METHOD FOR IMPARTING LOW-TEMPERATURE RADIANT FUNCTIONAL PROPERTY TO TEXTILE PRODUCT AND POLYURETHANE FOAM

PURPOSE: To obtain a textile and a polyurethane foam products having excellent low-temperature radiant functional properties. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for depositing platinum on a textile product or a polyurethane foam and imparting low-temperature radiant functional properties has (1) a step for pretreating a product which is to be treated and composed of the textile product or polyurethane foam, (2) a step for dipping the product to be treated in an aqueous solution containing at least one of tin chloride (II), tin sulfate (II), tin chloride (IV) and tin sulfate (IV) and hydrochloric acid and/or sulfuric acid and then washing the dipped product with water, (3) a step for dipping the product to be treated in an aqueous solution of a platinum compound or a hydrochloric acid-containing aqueous solution and subsequently washing the dipped product with water.
