PURPOSE: To perform the rewiring without changing extremely the wiring delayed variable when the LSI wiring is corrected. ;CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a 1st data processor 2a which includes a 1st input means 1a, a 1st wiring means 4a and a 1st wiring's validity confirming means 5a, a storage 3 which includes a design data storing part 7, a new design data storing part 8 and a corrected data storing part 9, and a 2nd data processor 2b which includes a 2nd input means 1b, a 1st retrieving means 6a, a 2nd wiring means 4b, a 2nd wiring's validity confirming means 5b, a rewiring start point shifting means 10, a 2nd retrieving means 6b and a wiring erasing means 11. Then a processing procedure is prepared to perform the rewiring in the wiring length closer to an existing wiring when the wiring is corrected against the change of coordinates of some terminal that is once through with a detailed wiring in regard of the automatic wiring correction of an LSI.
